Every platform works, the key is picking one and sticking with it until you figure it out.
We chose Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We have Ambassadors investing over $1k/day in a single city and still making a 6x return within a 30 day period.
With these results, we do not see the need to diversify at the moment.
If your Medical Spa is not currently making over $3mil/yr consistently from one platform, we would not recommend spreading your attention thin on multiple.
This is not just a marketing program. This is a whole business plan.
We found that Medical Spas that are doing over $50k/m already have some systems in place that may not be conducive with how our business plan works.
We also notice that business owners with medium sized operations are too busy to invest fully into the program.
With those things in mind, we have found that we have an easier time building a business from $0 -> $120k/m, than one from $40k/m -> $70k/m.

Typically, no. Most business owners vastly underestimate the size of the market. For example, we specialize in weight loss. How many people are within a 30-mile radius of your business? How many of them are dissatisfied with their weight?
Medical weight loss is a $33.8 billion industry in the US. A spa on the other side of town is not going to affect you really.
We do combine the campaigns of our neighboring spas into a single campaign, so that instead of competing with each other, the pooled marketing budget is helping to outcompete other businesses.
Meta prioritizes the higher quality.
